What Happens When I Place My Order?

Once we receive your order, we immediately begin processing it. It is highly recommended that you place your orders about a week prior to your clients appointment. This could potentially save you on shipping cost and give an extra day in case their is a problem from the shipping company.

All orders received before 3pm EST will be processed and ship out the same day. Any order received after 3pm EST will not ship until the next business day. Business days are Mondays-Friday excluding National Holidays. For example, if you place an order for overnight shipping on Thursday at 10:00am you will receive it on Friday. However if you place an order Friday at 4pm it will not ship out until Monday and you will receive it on Tuesday.

Lost or Damaged in Transit

It isn't possible for us to guarantee the performance of our carriers, although we will do all that we can to ensure your order arrives undamaged and on time. However, Always A Pro can't be held liable for lost, late or damaged packages.

Always A Pro does everything we can to secure prompt deliveries for our customers. However, there are times when the chosen carrier is not able to perform the service requested. Always A Pro cannot issue refunds for shipping charges for delayed packages.
